Delivery is Free to most mainland UK postal codes. However, some postal codes will incur a delivery charge which will be calculated and added during checkout.
Our standard delivery is to kerbside only. Any further is at the discretion of the driver making the delivery. You do not need to be at home for delivery to take place.
We will complete delivery using one or other of the delivery methods described below. Housefuel Limited reserve the right to choose the delivery method on each order.
Method 1: Palletised Delivery using a tail lift vehicle and hand pump truck.
Method 2: Hand Delivery in individual plastic bags. No pallet will be supplied using this method.
In both methods, the delivery vehicle is often an 18 Tonne lorry, that can struggle to reach some domestic homes. Please tell us at the time of placing your order of any restrictions that may limit access. Failure to tell us may result in you incurring an additional delivery charge.

Best fuel ever and we have had multi fuel stoves for 45 years.
We now keep the pallet out of rain which helps tremendously [ outside in driven rain the bags will funnel in half a litre through a pinhole but not exit bag ] .
By completely closing down after getting a full load well glowing we regularly get a 24 hr overnight burn.
OK there is only half an inch of glowing embers left but a gentle rake then fully open bottom vent soon gets the heat up and we find using the broken ovoids as 'starters' it is quicker to get back to red heat.
Seldom any unburnt black bits in fine ash and that only occurs when half burnt ovoids are over raked.
Do not turn your back on the fire when the bottom vent is open.

The oval burn well and still lit in the morning. The only thing was that I thought an awful lot of ash. Delivered on time and placed in my garage.

Ordered a full pallet was delivered onto the drive where I wanted it, one of the best fuels I've had for years, burns nice and hot, keeps in overnight, a light powdery ash Which when emptied regularly is not a problem, unlike some other fuels this Burns completely and any ash doesn't stiffle the fire! Best I've had for years and I highly recommend and would definitely buy again when I'm ready for some.
