Delivery is Free to most mainland UK postal codes. However, some postal codes will incur a delivery charge which will be calculated and added during checkout.
Our standard delivery is to kerbside only. Any further is at the discretion of the driver making the delivery. You do not need to be at home for delivery to take place.
We will complete delivery using one or other of the delivery methods described below. Housefuel Limited reserve the right to choose the delivery method on each order.
Method 1: Palletised Delivery using a tail lift vehicle and hand pump truck.
Method 2: Hand Delivery in individual plastic bags. No pallet will be supplied using this method.
In both methods, the delivery vehicle is often an 18 Tonne lorry, that can struggle to reach some domestic homes. Please tell us at the time of placing your order of any restrictions that may limit access. Failure to tell us may result in you incurring an additional delivery charge.
I found this product to be very good verge, a lot of coal in the past, and this one surpassed all expectations

well what can i say i have had 1 ton home fire ovals smokeless first load, and second load was 1 ton superheat good prices and quality fuel and both deliveries were spot on straight in my garden each time, drivers are good lads very helpfull i will use again and again top notch thankyou 6******

I bought 2 pallets of super heat and I have found the product inconsistent per bag as I have been taking off the two pallets in the garage placed side by side.
The ovoids have been different sizes and also not solid/compacted falling into small pieces/dust.
Also majority of the sealed bags which had no tears or rips visible, when the bag was cut open the ovoids where all saturated in what looked to be moisture.
The ovoids felt greasy in hand and saturated in appearance, the two pallets I received look to be of a mixture of ovoids and ate of an inferior quality to what I believed to have purchased from house fuel.
And as for the ash content of the ovoids I would say it leaves between 30 to 40% ash of its original mass prior to burning out, have I been sent a faulty production batch or been sent incorrect ovoids as superheat.
Iam not happy with the inconsistent apperance/quality of the ovoids purchased and a wait your reply.
